     Helena Reimer was born on 20 October 1854 at Bergthal Colony. She married Isaak Bergen, son of Abraham Bergen and Margaretha Bergen, on 20 March 1875. Helena Reimer died on 11 January 1933 at Horndean, Manitoba, at age 78.
     She immigrated on 13 July 1875 to Quebec City, Quebec, arriving aboard the S. S. Peruvian. The Bergthal Gemeinde Buch lists Helena's birth date as 15 Nov 1857. Source - Bergthal Geimende Buch - pg 412, 295, C-A277. "Her first name is incorrectly given as Margaret in the 1881 Census (Bergthal Gem. Buch, p. 353). S1B019 says she was born 20 Nov 1854, as does the Menno Peter Bergman submission. Vitals has death as 10 Jan 1933, RM Rhineland, age 78. Her age is given as 3 in the 1858 Bergthal Colony Census, which would also suggest that she was born in 1854.
